Helpful Tips:


  • If your system has a filter, turn equipment off and check for a clogged or dirty filter.
  • Reset all breakers or switches for equipment.  Some systems have 2 breakers.
  • Turn thermostat off then on, wait 10 minutes and check to see if the unit is running.
  • Make sure there is not any debris or obstructions on the equipment.
  • Make sure there are no blocked or closed air vents throughout the house.
  • If the lines by the outside unit are frozen and not defrosting themselves, turn the unit off, let it thaw out, then turn it back on.  If the problem persists, call us for service.
  • Check the equipment manual for instructions and/or troubleshooting tips.
